The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors voted to waive the completion hearings for two saturated buffer projects and to pay retainage to the contractors. Supervisor Amber Garman moved and Chairman Carter Nath seconded the motion to waive the completion hearing for the Manske Saturated Buffer Project per a letter from engineering firm Bolton & Menk; the motion carried unanimously.
