Mr. Drake asked that the Town House RFP be separated into component projects — site work and drainage, burying electrical, and foundational/crawlspace repairs — and Mr. Davenport confirmed the bid sheet has been broken out accordingly. The board retains the right to reject portions or the totality of any bid and requested a copy of the breakdown sheet for review.
