Selectmen reviewed revisions to the Town House request-for-proposals on Feb. 5, 2026 and stressed the property must remain available for municipal elections. Town Administrator Mr. Davenport noted the building is used as a polling location and asked bidders to be aware the board expects it to be open for the November and March elections.
