County work session refers $6,200 Gallup interview system purchase for final approval; proclaims Red Ribbon Week
In a post-meeting work session Oct. 20, Utah County commissioners agreed to proclaim Oct. 25–30 Red Ribbon Week and heard a $6,200 supplemental budget request from Personnel Director Mike Callahan to purchase the Gallup interview system; the request was referred to Oct. 25 for final approval.

Following the public meeting on Oct. 20, the Utah County Commission met in a work session and agreed to approve a proclamation declaring Oct. 25–30, 1993 as Red Ribbon Week, with a kickoff event on Oct. 25 to be presented by the Substance Abuse department.
