The Sewickley Hills Borough Council approved presented checks, had the treasurer report on routine housekeeping (1099s/W-2s, invoice payment, closed water account), and recorded that the solicitor had nothing to report.

During the administrative portion of the Feb. 10 meeting, Treasurer Nicole Pesce reported she met with Fabian O'Connor, distributed 1099s and W-2s, paid an invoice to QVAA, and closed the water account while preparing a rental income vs. expense report.
