Chair Scottie Adams raised the idea of developing a formal comprehensive plan but noted that Town Land Use Code Article 6.11 already states the town’s intent for overall conservation, protection and land‑use regulation. She said the town is largely residential but that the board could consider whether a separate comprehensive plan is necessary.
