The planning commission voted Aug. 18 to move proposed updates to Section 640.5 (Recreational Vehicle Parks) to a public hearing next month. Revisions in the draft include permitting portable storage sheds constructed of wood products and limiting sheds to 120 square feet, a required 5,000-square-foot recreation area, and updated sanitation and trailer-station requirements to meet Nebraska regulations.
