Council adopts multiple resolutions and ordinances; roll-call votes recorded
The council adopted a package of intergovernmental agreements and procedural resolutions (R2025-1 through R2025-10), approved two rezoning ordinances (O2025-1 and O2025-2) and adopted an easement ordinance (O2025-4). Votes were recorded by roll call and passed unanimously as presented.

At the Feb. 5 meeting the council approved a number of consent items by roll call. The resolutions adopted included intergovernmental agreements with local school districts (Antelope Union High School District No. 50; Yuma Elementary School District No. 1; Yuma Union High School District No. 70), off-system bridge funding agreements, a memorandum with the Arizona State University Center for Violence Prevention and a cybersecurity collaboration resolution. The council also approved membership terms for Arizona Western College to the Yuma Regional Communication System and other technical items listed in the packet.
