Council Member Morris moved and Council Member Watts seconded the adoption of Resolution R2025-025, an intergovernmental agreement under Arizona Smart Funding for the Yuma Multimodal Transportation Center. The clerk read the resolution title and the council voted by roll call; all members present cast aye votes and the resolution was adopted.
