The committee approved the prior meeting minutes and adopted a schedule of 2027 meeting dates: Jan. 28; March 18; May 20; July 15; Sept. 16; and Nov. 18. Speaker 6 moved to approve the minutes earlier in the meeting and the motion carried; speaker 4 moved to approve the 2027 schedule and speaker 8 seconded.
