President Joe Kniseley called the meeting to order and the board considered a building permit application from Brandon and Autumn Lofgren for additions and alterations to electrical, plumbing and HVAC at 120 2nd Street. Trustee Cierra Rose moved to approve the permit; Bob Hulett seconded and the motion carried with four yes votes.
