The Winchester‑Clark County Planning Commission voted to approve a subdivision/development plan for property at 274 Colby Ridge Boulevard during its May 5 meeting. The proposal, submitted by Littrell Homes, Inc., would create three single‑family lots: Lot 501 (0.265 acres), Lot 502 (0.172 acres) and Lot 503 (0.126 acres).
