Kilbuck explores using Ohio Township code enforcement, may adopt property-maintenance template

Mueller, the township solicitor representing GRB Law, reported the board is exploring other options for code enforcement and indicated any intergovernmental cooperation would require an agreement. Mueller told the board the International Property Maintenance Code serves as a template and that Kilbuck could adopt Ohio Township's property maintenance ordinance if it chose to align enforcement procedures; she also said fees and forms could be adopted through a resolution.
