The full story
The Lake Ripley Management District board on May 16 approved an access easement with Oakland Hills LLC for a parcel associated with a new development called The Preserve at Oakland, but set three conditions before the easement becomes final. Chairman Jimmy DeGidio moved the approval conditioned on 1) approval of the final plat for The Preserve, 2) Oakland Hills providing a copy of that final plat to the District, and 3) Quan Engineering completing an exhibit of the access easement in a form acceptable to the District’s attorney; Laura Payne seconded the motion and the board recorded "All ayes."
