Council considered resident requests to change the zoning of Block C (between Sherwood and Delaware) from commercial to residential during the March 16 workshop. Trustees discussed the history of the Planning Commission and a perceived lack of direction on zoning matters; Trustee Pachner credited Village Manager Christopher Tapper with helping to organize and educate the commission.
