A Decatur resident told the council her basement has flooded multiple times since 2022, that a driveway bump installed by the village did not resolve the problem, and she requested a meeting with staff to seek a solution.

At the start of public comments, Tracy Shaw of 580 Rosewood told the Village Council that "her basement has flooded multiple times since 2022, and pictures were provided." She said an installed bump at the mouth of her driveway has not resolved the issue and asked to meet with village staff to explore options.
