Nikki, a presenter to the Lowell Brownfield Authority, walked members through a short draft policy, an outline application and draft bylaws and asked for feedback on highlighted items. "So I'll just say the intent is to kinda try to keep this as short and sweet as possible in terms of how big the policy is," she said, adding that the policy is intended not to repeat statutory language but to be easily readable by developers and staff.
