The Landmark Preservation Board approved minutes for two prior meetings and adjourned on Oct. 14. Member Vicky Sompi moved to approve the Sept. 9 minutes, Andrew Schell seconded and the chair announced the motion passed. The board then approved the June 22 special‑meeting minutes on a motion by Sompi and second by Schell; recorded votes were ayes and the motion passed.
