The Newaygo County Finance Committee voted unanimously Feb. 4 to adopt a county Accounts Payable Policy that sets procedures for review, approval and payment of claims and invoices in accordance with Michigan legal requirements. Commissioner Bryan Kolk moved to adopt the policy and Commissioner Charles Trapp seconded; the minutes record a unanimous vote.
