Montecito staff unveils three‑year strategic work plan to implement board priorities

General manager Jeff Weigel presented the staff work plan that operationalizes eight board‑adopted strategic priorities and the goals and objectives the board approved earlier in the year. The document organizes tasks, assigns leads and identifies timelines and obstacles; staff will track progress monthly and report to the board quarterly. "With this plan today, we have accomplished all 6 of those items," Weigel said, referring to an earlier direction to produce a strategic plan and related bylaws and policy updates.
