Stantec principal engineer Carrie Pointers presented the Montecito Sanitary District’s Collection System Master Plan, a multi‑step study that combined a condition assessment, life‑expectancy analysis, infiltration-and-inflow modeling and a capital improvement program covering the next 10 years.
