Audit of draft articles against transcript and style rules

I reviewed the draft articles against the Issues Rules list (spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation, misidentification, out_of_context, quantitative precision, process clarity, context clarity, agency clarity, question emphasis, omission, bias, duplicate). Findings: all motions and outcomes were accurately recorded; names and roles were taken only from the transcript; no public commenters were present and were not invented; numeric tallies reflect "unanimously" given six commissioners present as listed in the attendance roll. Minor issues identified and corrected in the final revision include normalizing the chairman's spelling to "Anndy Veazy" for consistency and correcting a typographic mismatch in the transcript excerpt used for one highlight.
