The Dumas City Commission convened an executive session at 12:37 p.m. under Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate regarding an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect related to a retail shopping center identified in the agenda as Project Count. The session concluded at 1:01 p.m., at which time the commission reconvened in open session.
