The council approved Resolution 2026-26 to authorize issuance of redevelopment commission district bonds; the motion was moved, seconded and approved by roll-call vote. The town attorney earlier explained bond timing: "We have the GO bonds, which are scheduled to close early to mid December, as part of our rolling bond schedule."
