The Board of Aldermen voted unanimously to allocate the city's 2023–2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for eligible residents to utilize the Home Improvement Program. The motion to allocate was made by Alderman Ed Johnson and seconded by Alderman Sabrina Westfall and passed by voice vote.
