Commissioners approved multiple personnel changes, purchases and contracting authorities Feb. 18, including replacing a correctional officer, Community Corrections staffing changes, flu-shot purchase, fuel-rate contract with Keystone, mowing bid, a REMC right-of-way permit, and authorization to sign safety-grant consultant contracts.
