HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. — The Hendricks County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 28 approved a series of administrative motions that included waiving application fees for a youth soccer nonprofit, signing service contracts, authorizing limited change-order authority for a new highway facility and providing letters of support for broadband expansion projects.
