Engineer reports Phase 3 progress: overseeding, resident notifications and pending final pay request

Snyder Engineer Kyle Sokulski updated the council on the Phase 3 Improvement Project, saying lawns in the project area will be overseeded and residents will receive letters asking them to water newly seeded lawns. He said a final pay request for the contractor will be considered at the June meeting and that penalties or deductions will be reflected for work that city employees completed instead of the contractor.
