County engineer reports interchange progress; new Center Village roundabout open
Rob Riley told the TID board Miller Brothers is ahead of schedule on the interchange Phase A with an official completion target in 2027, and said the Center Village Peanut Roundabout recently opened though surrounding work remains.

During the staff report, Chief Deputy Engineer Rob Riley updated the board on several active projects. He said the Center Village Peanut Roundabout "is open" but noted adjacent roads remain under construction and that Fancher Road is closed; he estimated the roundabout access target around Thanksgiving. "That opened a few weeks ago," Riley said of the Center Village project.
