The Pickaway County Board of Commissioners on June 3 approved a resolution authorizing a TIF Pledge and Security Agreement tied to an All Ohio Future Fund grant intended to finance infrastructure for a large private development dubbed “Project Thor.” The Ohio Department of Development proposed awarding $70 million for the project, of which $50 million would be a grant contingent on execution of required agreements.
