City staff described the RAMP program and said it is a 90/10 grant (for every $1 the city spends the grant funds $9) not to exceed $100,000. "So the best way to look at it is for every dollar the city spends, the grant funds $9 of it. It's not to exceed a $100,000 for it," staff said during the presentation.
