The Planning Commission approved the California Department of Parks and Recreation's Park It pilot: a timed reservation system, a shuttle serving Point Lobos State Natural Reserve and a 100-stall off-site parking lot at Marathon Flats, subject to mitigation and monitoring and to a revised condition requiring the final access-management plan return to the commission for consideration.
