Planning Commission approves Better Buddy Subdivision final plat
At its July 15 meeting, the East Bernard Planning Commission unanimously approved the final plat for the Better Buddy Subdivision after a recommendation from Llarance Turner of Kaluza, Inc. The motion to approve was made by Wes Murrile and seconded by Todd Swoboda.

The East Bernard Planning Commission unanimously approved the final plat for the proposed Better Buddy Subdivision during its July 15, 2025 special meeting. Llarance Turner of Kaluza, Inc. presented the final plat and "recommended to the planning commission that the plat was ready for approval." Commissioner Wes Murrile moved to approve the plat as presented; Commissioner Todd Swoboda seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous vote.
