Trustees approved building permits for 516 Oak St., 803 Oak St. (with one abstention by Trustee Glenn), and 502 Oak St. The permits were approved in separate motions with recorded yeas and one abstention.

The board approved three building permits during the June 10 meeting. Trustee Thaddeus Glenn moved to approve the permit for 516 Oak St.; the motion was seconded by BJ Franken and passed unanimously. Julius Dickmander moved to approve the permit for 803 Oak St.; the motion was seconded by BJ Franken and passed with Trustee Thaddeus Glenn recorded as abstaining. Thaddeus Glenn later moved to approve the permit for 502 Oak St.; the motion passed unanimously.
