At the May 13 meeting the Council heard introductions rather than final votes for several personnel matters. Chief Rod Hammer introduced Brady George as the incoming Cache County Fire Chief; Brady George said he is excited to begin in June 2025. Multiple applicants for Drainage District Boards in Lewiston and surrounding areas introduced themselves and described prior experience and motivations for serving including Robert Barlow, John Dent, Laurel Goodwin, Brandon Allen and Dennis Jackson. Staff reminded the Council that formal appointments require adoption of a resolution listing the names.
