The Shenandoah County Board of Equalization reviewed a series of appeals filed for parcels owned by Jadwyn LLC and approved multiple valuation adjustments on Sept. 29, 2026. Jacob French appeared in person on behalf of the owners; for PID 20227 the board found comparables were valued the same despite flood‑plain location and voted for no change.
