The Rush Valley Town Council unanimously adopted the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Code on Nov. 12, 2025. Councilmember Pete Albrecht moved to adopt the code and Councilmember Jeremiah Harding seconded; a roll-call vote recorded all present in favor and the ordinance carried.
