The board voted to convene an executive session at 6:05PM to discuss employment appointments and the superintendent's evaluation under Oklahoma Statute Title 25 '8'107(B)(1) and (7). The board returned to open session at 6:34PM; the minutes stated the board discussed the appointments and resignations listed on Exhibit A and that no votes were taken during executive session.
