Coffee County extends animal-control and animal-shelter contracts
The board renewed a $40,000 annual animal-control contract with Alapaha Animal Control and approved a five-year shelter operations contract (Jan. 1, 2025–Dec. 31, 2029) split between Coffee County and the City of Douglas.
