Members raised that the current system does not require agencies to report successful or unsuccessful annual qualifications to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. One member said, "Currently, there is no requirement that an annual qualification be reported to TCOLE," and suggested the committee consider recommending mandated reporting of successful and unsuccessful qualifications.
