The Golden Historic Preservation Board voted on Dec. 10, 2025 to approve resolution HPB 25-10, recommending that City Council repeal and replace Chapter 18.58 of the Golden Municipal Code. Committee member moved the motion to adopt the resolution and it passed by voice vote after no public comment was offered.
