The Albany County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the Range Acres preliminary plat application (SD-10-25) on April 21, with a condition that the roads be posted as no public maintenance. Commissioner Hoff moved the approval; roll call showed Hoff, Gosar and Chairperson Terri Jones voting aye.
