Albany County approves Seim Estates subdivision application
The Albany County Board of Commissioners approved the Seim Estates preliminary and final plat (SD-09-25), finding required documentation complete and that water, sewer and power infrastructure exist on each lot.

The Albany County Board of Commissioners on April 21 approved the Seim Estates preliminary and final plat application (SD-09-25). Commissioner Gosar moved to adopt the staff analysis, Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law; the motion carried with Commissioners Gosar, Hoff and Chairperson Terri Jones voting aye.
