Cindy Jones introduced the second public hearing item: Justin Annis, on behalf of Lancaster Farms Inc., applied to remove two parcels (tax map 85-A-60 and 85-A-52) from the Tasley Ag and Forestal District to enable subdivision. Jones gave background on the parcels, noting combined acreage of roughly 35 acres and that the first ~300 feet of the frontage is zoned general business while the remainder is agricultural.
