Plan Commission receives update on Chapter 15 zoning code rewrite; open house possible in May or June
Planning staff updated the commission on the Chapter 15 Zoning Code rewrite, saying the Ordinance Working Group is reviewing area regulations, the land use table and definitions, and that a public open house may be held in May or June before a regular meeting.

Paul Braun, city planning staff, reported on the Chapter 15 Zoning Code rewrite project (PC 3-2024) at the March 26 Plan Commission meeting, saying the Ordinance Working Group has been working through area regulations, the land use table and land use definitions. Braun said a public open house is possible in May or June immediately before a Plan Commission meeting to solicit public input.
