The City of Manitowoc Finance Committee unanimously adopted an ordinance on May 6 to create a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, adding Section 11.015 to the Manitowoc Municipal Code. The committee voted 5–0 to recommend adoption after reviewing a memo from the Community Development Director and the proposed ordinance text.
