Council approves revised landscape/grass-cutting RFP with added services and alternate pricing option
The council directed staff to include Town Hall services, leaf removal, increased mulching frequency, and an alternate contractor-provided materials pricing option when issuing the grass-cutting/landscape RFP; the motion to put the RFP out to bid passed unanimously.

Administrator Erin Braband presented a list of items staff wanted included in the grass cutting/landscape RFP: add services at Town Hall, include leaf removal for all Town properties, increase mulching to twice a year and add an alternate for contractors to provide materials or for the Town to supply them. Braband said services at Town Hall need to be added to the list and leaf removal included for all town properties.
