The Delaware County Libraries Board voted to reallocate state-aid funds that had been assigned to Glenolden Library after Annie, the system administrator, told the board Glenolden "has not been able to produce the required reporting and audits and they do have limited operations." The board moved, seconded and approved the redistribution by voice vote.
