Boone County commissioners voted unanimously Wednesday to approve a conditional use permit that allows applicant Brock Leslie to split a 6.83‑acre parcel containing an existing house from surrounding farmland in the southwest quarter of Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 8 West of the 6th Principal Meridian.
