Zoning Officer Nicole Harter presented The Painted Owl's temporary use/special event application and said township staff had reviewed the request and recommended approval with conditions. After commissioners discussed staff conditions, Commissioner Daniel Morrow moved to approve the application; Commissioner William Burnett seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
